02What Data We Collect
We collect data you voluntarily provide when you submit forms on our website (name, business email, job title), when you take our cyber-awareness quiz (email address, quiz score), and when you use our ROI calculator (employee count, sector, email). We also collect standard server-side logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.
03How We Use Your Data
We use your data to send the requested resource (guide PDF, risk report, quiz results) and, with your consent, to contact you about our services. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Resend (a transactional email provider) to deliver emails on our behalf.
04Service Providers and International Transfers
We use the following service providers for the website and forms: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (delivery of form emails) and Google Workspace (email and correspondence). Their servers may be located in various countries, including the EU and the US. These transfers rely on appropriate safeguards: adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and the standard contracts published by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board under Article 9 of the KVKK.

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698). Our lawful basis for processing is your consent, provided at the time of form submission. You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data at any time. You may also withdraw consent or request data portability.
06Data Retention
Contact and lead data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of collection, or until you request deletion. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
07Your Rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure ('right to be forgotten'); restrict processing; data portability; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (ICO in the UK, KVKK Authority in Turkey).
